SKETCHBOOK: Visualize and Design

Ages: 8 -13

Dates: Monday–Friday Aug 3–7      

Time: 10:00 –10:45 a.m.

Cost: $55 Members; $60 Non-members

Start with a blank slate, calm your mind and spark your imagination. Learn observational skills, draw from nature and develop theme-based pages. Daily instruction, practice and sharing.   Limited to 10 students.

The Museum offers three options for online campers:

1) Parents buy their own supplies.

2) Parents pick up supplies at the Museum for an additional $10.

3) Museum ships supplies to student’s home for an additional $20 (please allow at least one week’s mail time)

Supply list:

         8”x11” Sketchpad (white paper), at least 25 pages

         Pencil

         Black pen

         Blue pen

         Colored pencils

         Glue stick

         Student watercolor set (8 colors) plus brush

Parents/guardians, please provide: Place for student to work, scissors, water cup, variety of paper for collage: magazines, newspaper, wrapping paper, old books or art work, etc.
