Fresh And Fluid Acrylics

Two-Day Workshop, Saturday September 20th and Sunday September 21st, 2025 from 10 AM–3 PM

Supplies: Students bring their own acrylics and paper or smooth panels

Size: Minimum of 5 students, maximum of 12

Level: beginner and intermediate

From quick studies to fully realized paintings, students will explore the range of techniques offered by this fast-drying and versatile medium. Acrylic paint can be used on a variety of surfaces, and effects range from the fluidity of watercolor to the impasto of oils. Demonstrations using Open Acrylics will emphasize how expressive brush strokes on smooth surfaces create fresh and lively images.
